Our client is a global communication technology provider of Audio/Video Conference solutions. They are best known to customise their standards of service to the clients’ needs, whether designing custom conferencing solutions or responding quickly to short-notice conferences.

Job Role

• Management of Conference Calls and Videoconferences through proprietary equipment manufactured within the Group - Full training will be provided
• Utilizing company software, databases, and tools appropriately
• Respond efficiently and accurately during the conference calls, resolve issues, and ensure appropriate support is provided to the clients
• Hunt and build your client base through prospecting - Cold calling and understanding the needs of potential prospects
• Supporting Senior Executives with their client requirements and maintain excellent internal/external client relationships

Essential Experience

• Post Secondary Education is required
• Flexibility to work early morning hours to cover East Coast clients, whenever required
• Experience in customer focused environment/customer service is highly preferred although not mandatory
• Excellent understanding of customer service along with active listening skills
• Aptitude for understanding the variables of Telecommunications/Communications technology industry
• Strong verbal & written English communication skills

Additional Skills

• Working knowledge of CRM Software (Ex: ACT!, Sales Force) is a plus
• Aptitude for organizing and managing Events and Conferences
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and accountability
• French language would be a plus
