The Company
Our client is a global communication technology provider of Audio/Video Conference solutions. They are best known to customise their standards of service to the clients’ needs, whether designing custom conferencing solutions or responding quickly to short-notice conferences.
Job Role
- Management of Conference Calls and Videoconferences through proprietary equipment manufactured within the Group - Full training will be provided
- Utilizing company software, databases, and tools appropriately
- Respond efficiently and accurately during the conference calls, resolve issues, and ensure appropriate support is provided to the clients
- Hunt and build your client base through prospecting - Cold calling and understanding the needs of potential prospects
- Supporting Senior Executives with their client requirements and maintain excellent internal/external client relationships
Essential Experience
- Post Secondary Education is required
- Flexibility to work early morning hours to cover East Coast clients, whenever required
- Experience in customer focused environment/customer service is highly preferred although not mandatory
- Excellent understanding of customer service along with active listening skills
- Aptitude for understanding the variables of Telecommunications/Communications technology industry
- Strong verbal & written English communication skills
Additional Skills
- Working knowledge of CRM Software (Ex: ACT!, Sales Force) is a plus
- Aptitude for organizing and managing Events and Conferences
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Adaptability and accountability
- French language would be a plus
