The Company
Urgently looking for Inside Sales Representative for our client engaged in the metal processing industry.
This role requires a highly motivated and positive approach dealing with internal and external customers. Serving as an integral part of the team, you are expected to work closely with internal departments ie Sales, Operations and external vendors, suppliers, customers etc. You should be able to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated and able to multi-task with strong interpersonal skills.
Job Role
- Manage the full cycle of orders received from customers promptly and effectively and process those accurately
- Active involvement in analyzing and resolving customer enquiries and complaints ensuring higher level of customer success and satisfaction
- Develop and recommend solutions to customer issues and challenges with an ability to troubleshoot independently
- Create and maintain customer records diligently
- Develop project bids in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Manage essential data on the SAP – entering customers data, payers and other required details with complete accuracy
- Develop new and existing relationships with clients
Essential Experience
- High School or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with the sales and customer service environment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Decision making ability with excellent interpersonal & analytical skills
- Commitment to the task & detailed oriented (track and follow through)
- Strong acumen to bring sales and build strong relationship with customers
Additional Skills
- Engineering Degree/Diploma is a PLUS
- Relevant industry experience is highly preferred
- Team player, self-driven, collaborative & problem solver
- Ability to multi task and manage time effectively
