These positions are with multiple clients engaged in Retail, Hospitality and Service Industry based out of Lower Mainland.
Job Role
- Attend and follow up with customers on telephonic orders promptly and effectively on telephone or emails
- Understand Customer requirements in detail
- Initiate and processes all order received from Customers
- Proactively recommending alternate solutions to Customers at the time of accepting orders
- Develop and recommend solutions to customer issues and challenges with an ability to troubleshoot independently
- Closely work with the team to manage Customer priorities - notifying them of any special orders arrival or follow-up on any past, present or future orders ensuring higher level of customer success and satisfaction
- Manage the Customer expectations at the time of order deliveries and collection of payment
Essential Experience
- High School or equivalent
- Ability to work well within a team, multitask, analytical and problem solving skills are a big asset
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong business acumen with a professional approach at all times
- Marketing skill is a PLUS
- Working knowledge of POS machine, MS Office - WORD & EXCEL, personal computer, printer, calculator, copier, and facsimile machine etc
